1. Website Under Construction & Testing Phase (November 2025)
The website will be under observation and testing for the month of November 2025. During this period, our technical team will be actively evaluating system performance, fixing bugs, and improving functionality based on testing results.
We will also be collaborating with sellers to make necessary updates and improvements to product listings and processes.
If any issues, errors, or delays occur while using the website during this time, users are encouraged to contact us via email for assistance or to report problems at whimsywishess@gmail.com.
2. Product Information & Handmade Nature
All our crochet and handcrafted products are made with care and attention to detail. However, as every item is handmade, slight variations in size, color, or design may occur compared to product photos.
Whimsy Wishes cannot guarantee that your device display will accurately reflect product colors.
3. Terms & Conditions for Custom Orders (Applicable at Checkout)
These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to custom and made-to-order products purchased on our platform.
1. Advance Payment Requirement
For all custom orders, customers must make an advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total order value, depending on the product and its material requirements. Production will begin only after the advance amount has been successfully received.
2. Cancellation Policy for Custom Orders
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for refund, as production and material procurement generally begin during this period.
3. Refund Eligibility & Raw Material Procurement
Refund eligibility depends on the procurement status of raw materials:
- If raw materials have NOT been purchased: The customer may receive a refund, subject to seller approval.
- If raw materials HAVE been purchased: No refund will be issued. The advance payment is used to acquire materials for the custom order and becomes non-refundable.
4. Seller-Based Approval
Refunds for any custom order—whether full or partial—are strictly subject to the seller’s approval. Whimsy Wishes/parent company acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for refund decisions, material costs, or order-level disputes between sellers and customers.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Nature of Custom Products
Since custom products are uniquely crafted for each customer, they are not eligible for return or exchange, except when the product arrives damaged or incorrect as outlined in our main Terms & Services.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type, customization level, and your location. You will receive an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation; however, delays may occur due to production time or external factors such as courier or supply issues.
If a delay in product creation or preparation exceeds more than 3 days beyond the scheduled time, a partial refund or future store credit may be provided as compensation. This applies only when the delay occurs during the making or preparation phase of the product.
For delivery delays caused after dispatch, the courier service will be accountable, and Whimsy Wishes will assist in coordination but will not be directly liable.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the custom-made and handcrafted nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
In case of a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been started. Once work or material purchase has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including product images, designs, logos, and written material—is the property of Whimsy Wishes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Whimsy Wishes shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
8. Seller Responsibility & Parent Company Role
Any purchase made from a seller on Whimsy Wishes is subject to the individual seller’s terms and conditions.
Whimsy Wishes acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers, and while our parent company may assist in communication or issue resolution, it is not responsible or liable for any actions, delays, or disputes arising directly from a seller’s conduct or product.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Services from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
